Q: Who is PPI Supportline?
PPI Supportline is powered by GLS who are a regulated compensation financial claims referring agency.
GLS is a trading name of Generating Leads Solutions Limited, PPI Supportline's national claims panel consists of some of the largest mis-sold PPI claims management companies in the UK who are all MOJ compliant and collectively have claimed millions of pounds back from the banks and other lenders for their clients.
Q: Are you regulated by the MOJ (Ministry of Justice)?
Yes. All companies associated with claims management services should be regulated. But beware this doesn't mean they always are. Always check for an MOJ number. Ours is CRM18919
Q: How long does it take to claim my mis-sold PPI back?
Your claim will start to be processed as soon as your signed documents are back with your appointed claims expert. Once they have your loan documents they can start work on your claim. Your lender then has 12 weeks to respond to complaints.
Q: How do I know that my claim will be successful?
We are always up front with our customers. So we can never fully guarantee that your claim will be successful. However because we believe your claim has a good chance of success, your claim will be processed on a no win no fee basis. You will not be expected to pay any upfront fees whatsoever.
Q: Who will be handling my claim?
Our panel network consists of some of the UK's largest legal and financial professionals and all our advisors are carefully trained to ensure that they have the right knowledge and expertise to handle the initial stage of your claim. You'll be assigned a dedicated claims handler, so don't worry - you'll be in safe hands.
Q: How much may I get?
Your potential claim will be based on all the money you have paid to date plus interest. As well as that, if your loan is still ongoing, your monthly repayment will also be reduced by the amount that you pay for the insurance.
Q: What if I donít have my loan documents!
You shouldn't worry if you do not have them as your appointed claim expert can request them, on your behalf, from the Lender. This is a service we provide at no extra charge.
Q: How much will it cost to make a claim?
Our panel work on a No Win No Fee basis. So if they don't win your case there is nothing to pay. There are no hidden charges or upfront costs. You can expect to pay around 25% +VAT of the refund when the claim is successful.
Q: What if my loan is already repaid?
It doesn't matter if your loan has already been repaid - it simply means that you will receive all of the compensation plus interest in cash.
Q: What happens if Iím in arrears?
If your account is in arrears it's likely that any refund you receive from a claim would be used towards paying off those arrears. Your arrears would be reduced however you may not receive any cash and unfortunately this may put you in difficulties with paying the win fee. We do not want to put anyone into financial difficulty and therefore at this time do not process loans that are in arrears. However, you should consider whether you have any loans that you have repaid. We could help you process these which would give you the cash to clear the arrears on your current loan and then we could work on that one too.
